My only critique is that you've given him what appears to be an M16 variant (based upon the rail system, barrel size, and angle), while most terrorists use an AK (47) variant.
AK's are lower maintenance and more easily obtained, making them excellent for amateurs. That said, some terrorists are becoming frighteningly professional, after all their practice, so it's not impossible. It just causes a moment of disconnect for those of us who are used to seeing M16's in the hands of the 'good guys'.
